Daniel Alvarez

I have been a full time licensed agent/broker since 1990 . I have also been a licensed California General Contractor since 1984. From 1990 to 1997 I worked exclusively as a Commercial Broker with a Top Producer award in 1996. I moved to Santa Cruz with my family in 1997 and have been involved in all aspects of Real Estate, predominantly residential. In 2004 I took over ownership of the Real Estate Center in Downtown Santa Cruz. In 2008 I sold the Real Estate Center Office Building to David & Sally Lyng and joined David Lyng Real Estate as an Associate Broker.
